Talent Acquisition Specialist - Nelspruit Area

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 BCom Human Resources 3 years experience in a similar recruitment position Own transport and valid driver's license Duties include the following: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments and levels Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company platforms Conduct initial telephonic, virtual, or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability Maintain a candidate database and update it regularly with new CV's and interview feedback Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients or internal teams Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience Headhunt and approach passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other tools Conduct background, reference, and verification checks as required Draft and send offer letters and assist in the onboarding process Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, including placement statistics and hiring timelines Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
