Service Bookings clerk

We have a great opportunity for a Booking Clerk with a Vehicle dealership in Nelspruit/Mbombela. Duties: Booking vehicles into the workshop for services. Preparation of Job – Cards, attachment of necessary paperwork (vehicle history and service packages). Answering the customers' inquiries and making sure to improve the customers' services. Assisting customers with quotations. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Booking clerk with a Vehicle dealership. Experience working with corporate vehicle brands like Volkswagen, Mazda, Ford, KIA etc. Grade 12. Solid contactable references. Clear criminal record.
