YPI CREW is recruiting for our next Marketing Manager . You’ll be joining a warm, international team in the heart of Antibes, working in a dynamic environment where our values are Trust and Partnership. About the role: Created in 2002, YPI CREW is the frontrunner in yacht crew recruitment worldwide. As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand’s voice, visibility, and presence across our digital platforms and will work closely with our team to ensure we continue to connect with yacht crew and clients worldwide in a meaningful way. Your duties are: Website Management: Maintain and update our website content, landing pages and articles to keep it fresh, optimised and engaging. SEO: Implement on-page and basic technical SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve visibility. Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Content Creation: Write relevant content - from web copy and articles to campaign messaging and social media content. Graphic Design: Design digital assets for web, social media, advertising and more. Social Media Management: Manage our daily presence across key platforms, build community, handle DMs, and engage with our audience. Video Production: Capture and edit video content for marketing campaigns and social channels. Photography: Shoot and edit photography of events, team activities and industry highlights. CRM & Automation Management: Manage and optimise our candidate management system, including chat automation and email workflows to enhance engagement. Database Support: Assist in maintaining database accuracy, optimising workflows and ensuring our internal systems are running smoothly to support the recruitment team. Events: Assist in organising events for yacht crew in collaboration with our partners, plan and execute webinars and coordinate our participation in major yacht shows. Industry Reports: Prepare regular industry insights and updates (yacht sales, new builds, crew trends) using our yacht intelligence platform. Marketing Reporting: Create quarterly and yearly marketing reports to track progress and inform decision-making. Annual Strategy: Build and present an annual marketing strategy to outline priorities and focus areas for the year ahead. Ad hoc projects What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in marketing, ideally within yachting, luxury, recruitment, travel, or lifestyle industries Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills Strong digital marketing know-how, including social media and content strategy Creative flair and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication skills (English fluency a must; French a plus) A passion for the yachting world is a bonus Qualifications: BS or BA or Master’s Degree. Marketing is preferable. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing and demonstrable track record in strategizing, creating & delivering social media and digital campaigns that have generated engagement, enquiries and business. You will also have a proven track record with CRM and automation management and as we have recently upgraded our own CRM, this is especially important to us. What we offer: The position is a CDI contract, full-time in Antibes, with also work from home mix after a probation period.
