Dispute Resolution Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious and driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor for my Hertfordshire based client. Working for this long-established regional firm, the role requires someone experienced in a variety of dispute resolution matters. With a heavy emphasis on property matters and a ready-built caseload, the work includes: Residential and Commercial Landlord & Tenant Disputes General contract disputes Commercial forfeiture and dilapidation claims Additionally, experience of probate disputes and inheritance tax claims would be nice to have. The successful candidate will: A Grade A Solicitor - upwards of 8 years PQE Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial leases Driven to help grow the Dispute Resolution team and be involved in client development Advocacy experience for remote hearings and effectively briefing counsel for in-person hearings In return, the successful candidate will have a wealth of support from dedicated Secretaries and Paralegal.
