Recruitment Consultant Healthcare Division. First Choice Belfast are recruiting an Additional Consultant for our Belfast Head Office Healthcare Division. First Choice are a Contracted Supplier of Temporary and Permanent Healthcare Staff to All of Northern Irelands Healthcare Trusts and to a wide range of Private Sector organisations. Environments we supply into include Hospitals/ Supported Living Units/Day Centres for Adults and Children and Care and Residential Homes. This role is a full Recruitment role and duties will include; Liaising Directly with Clients for their Recruitment and Staffing requirements Preparing and Placing Recruitment adverts on Jobsites and Social media Screening Advert Response Interviewing and Registering Applicants to Legal and Company Standards Placing Staff in Suitable Assignments Ensuring Client are receiving a Quality Service for their Staffing Needs Developing First Choice Market base through Marketing and sales activity Visiting Clients on site Taking part in Job and Recruitment Fairs Managing Temporary Workforce Working as p[art of Healthcare Team to achieve Financial targets Hours 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday ( Office based role) Own Transport and Driving Licence Essential Applicants Will have a Sales or Customer Service background. Having an ability to work to deadline's and to be able to develop Client Relationships Good Level Of Education and be Computer Literate. Salary plus Quarterly Bonus Full Training Provided.
