This role is integral to ensuring the school environments are safe, clean, and well-maintained for their pupils, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities General site maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, and decorating. Cleaning and ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards. Monitoring and maintaining heating, cooling, and other systems. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies. Liaising with contractors and external providers as required. What They’re Looking For Previous experience in site maintenance or a similar role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
