Client Program Manager

Client Programme Manager - Ascensus and Alumni Programmes - Permanent role We are working with a regional law firm, known for its fantastic culture, to recruit a Client Programme Manager for their Ascensus and Alumni Programmes on a permanent basis. This role in unusual in that it requires skills across the BD, marketing, events management and comms remits. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for engaging key clients, contacts, and alumni. Manage the Ascensus Programme, supporting in-house lawyers and business leaders through workshops, seminars, and events. Establish and run the Alumni Programme to foster relationships and generate opportunities. Collaborate with BD, Events, and L&D teams to deliver events and communications. Ensure effective management of CRM systems to track relationships and touchpoints. Create regular communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media posts. Promote initiatives through corporate channels and internal communications. Gather feedback to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Manage budgets and ensure programmes are delivered on time and within budget. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management and programme development. Strong organisational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
