They’re currently going through a major growth phase, investing heavily across their operation, and looking to strengthen their engineering team with a dedicated Nights Maintenance Engineer.This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that truly values its people and offers clear routes for long-term development and career progression. The role: Working on a 4 on 4 off nights shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for maintaining production equipment across the site. You’ll carry out a mix of reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring machinery is operating at peak efficiency and that downtime is kept to a minimum.
