What You’ll Be Doing: Designing machine tooling, work holding, and cutting tools Driving process improvements & lean manufacturing initiatives Introducing and validating new machining technology Resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations Collaborating with Design, Quality, and Operations teams What You Need: HNC qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering time-served apprenticeship 2 years in a Production Engineering role Experience in CNC machining, milling, and turning Knowledge of TPM, lean methodologies & process improvements Hands-on AutoCAD/CAM experience
