Responsible for assisting the cardiologist while adhering to departmental standards and protocols. Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described within. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences, RT or an accredited school for Cardiovascular Technology/CVT. Experience: Previous experience preferred Critical Care Experience preferred Licenses/Certificates: ARRT, CVIS, CRT or CVT Current BLS certification (or completed within the first 30 days) Cath lab or Cardiovascular specialty certification preferred Benefits: MUSC is a state facility, therefore our full-time positions come with the option of the State of South Carolina health and retirement benefits.
