【Job Details】 1.Job Title: Marketing Intern 2.Location:Netherlands [ Willemswerf Building, 12th Floor, Boompjes 40, 3011 XB, Rotterdam] 3.Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day. Arrive at the job as soon as possible. There is a chance to become a regular employee after 3 months of internship. 【Job Responsibilities】 1.Develop and execute online marketing strategies, optimizing marketing plans through data analysis and market research to enhance brand awareness and market share. 2.Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing activities, while monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies in a timely manner to meet goals. 3.Work closely with product, design, technical, and other teams to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and achieve business growth together. 4.Track industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies, propose innovative marketing suggestions to maintain the brand's competitiveness in the market. 5.Analyze user behavior data, identify user needs, optimize user experience, and improve user satisfaction and loyalty. 【Job requirements】 1.Educational Background Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, E-commerce, or related fields are preferred, but other majors are also acceptable. 2.Skills and Abilities Marketing Planning: Good market analysis skills, capable of developing effective marketing strategies based on market trends. Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms, able to independently plan and execute online marketing activities. Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, able to use data analysis to guide marketing decisions and optimize marketing effectiveness. Project Management: Project management skills, able to independently handle the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing projects. Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. 3.Personal Qualities Innovative Thinking: Creative mindset, able to explore new marketing methods and channels to improve marketing effectiveness. Teamwork: Strong team player, able to actively contribute to the team and help achieve team goals.
