Travel Intern

What the role is: Are you an avid traveller who loves planning trips? Are you incredibly organised and keen to learn from an exciting, engaged team? gloobles is on the hunt for a diligent, motivated Travel Intern to join our team. As a Travel Intern at gloobles, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bespoke Travel Team. What you’ll do : Travel Bookings : Assisting with travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation and activities. Ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences. Commission chasing : Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely payment of commissions. Content creation : Assisting with content creation for the travel team, writing engaging proposals and itineraries. Ad Hoc Tasks : Supporting various administrative and operational tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, event planning and research projects. Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges is essential. What we’re looking for : Excellent Organisation : Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work. Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English, with the ability to create engaging and error-free content. Tech Savvy : Comfortable working with various software and online tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms and social media platforms. Experience with travel booking systems is advantageous. Problem Solving : Proactive and resourceful problem solver who can independently identify and resolve issues. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Positive attitude and willingness to support others. Passion for Travel : A genuine passion for travel, with a desire to discover new destinations and experiences. Familiarity with different travel destinations and a good sense of global travel trends.
