For further information, please visit www.innoenergy.com For the continuous growth in our MarCom team, we are recruiting a: Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager – Education The role The Senior Marketing & Communications Manager Education role oversees and drives all aspects of lead generation, nurturing and conversion for InnoEnergy’s Masters program. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this person will lead a team responsible for generating interest, MQLs and SQLs for the program as well as activating the channels necessary to meet the company’s commercial revenue targets. The team consists of a Marketing & Communication Campaign Manager – InnoEnergy Masters as well as 3rd party agencies. Together, they oversee activation, campaigns, go-to-market and channel marketing strategies, amongst others. The position is responsible for activating and maintaining channels with partners from across the globe, therefore frequent travel is expected. Responsibilities Ensure all demand generation activities are cohesive and reflect InnoEnergy’s brand values and objectives. Own and manage the Masters webpages, including legal and technical compliance, tracking best practices, website optimization, CRO, etc. Own and manage InnoEnergy’s Masters social media presences working closely with the Brand & Communications and Skills Institute teams to maintain a cohesive narrative. Optimize the general performance of Masters paid campaigns, analysing data to optimize spend and ROI. Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth for the Masters program. Work with the website lead to identify, develop and continuously refine customer personas based on online behavior and insights. Foster collaboration, best practice sharing in lead generation and explore synergies amongst the activities performed by the team. Own the execution of online demand generation campaigns through channels like paid search and paid social. Lead the capturing, on-boarding and relation management of student recruitment agencies, located across the globe, for Masters programmes. This includes, amongst others, participating in industry events and organizing partner-focused missions in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Spearhead the integration of digital campaigns with offline efforts to create a seamless customer journey. Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel (B2B and B2C). Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets. Funnel nurturing and optimization, including account based marketing Budget management Champion the use of digital monitoring and performance tools, such as GA4, to drive data-informed decision-making within the team. Drive the alumni strategy of the company to integrate it with lead and demand generation for new business opportunities, together with the Alumni Manager. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 10 years’ experience in a similar University-environment education role. Experience within the B2C, B2B and B2G sectors, understanding the interconnectivity and dependencies between all three audiences. Exceptional leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage cross-cultural (internal and external) stakeholder relationships. Abreast of best-in-class software, digital trends, and AI to support the branding team, for example HubSpot, Semrush and Viva Engage. Able to bring together a creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt company goals into impactful brand initiatives and use data to propose innovative actionable initiatives. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Location This position is hybrid in any of our offices throughout Europe: Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, Grenoble, Brussels, Genk, Eindhoven (HQ), Karlsruhe, Berlin, Krakow, Warsaw, or Stockholm.
