Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Solicitor – Leighton Buzzard Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor, Personal Injury Solicitor, or Legal Executive looking for your next career move? Our client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious fee earner to join its growing Litigation Team in Bedfordshire. The Role: Due to the continued growth of our client’s Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury department, this firm is seeking a proactive Solicitor or Legal Executive to: Manage a diverse caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims from inception to settlement, including complex matters valued at £100k Conduct effective risk assessments for new enquiries Provide exceptional client care with empathy and professionalism Instruct and collaborate with Counsel and medical experts to support case progression Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Utilise strong legal skills and demonstrate excellent attention to detail Engage in business development, marketing and networking activities to contribute to the firm’s growth Skills & Experience: ?? Grade B Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification with 4 years PQE?? Proven experience managing a complex caseload, including high-value claims?? Strong risk assessment skills for new client enquiries?? Excellent communication, interpersonal and client care skills??
