General Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us in Surrey. We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can mobilise a new contract with us. Location: Surrey Rate of pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Working pattern: 5 over 7 shift pattern, mostly day time shifts required Key responsibilities Ability to manage a team of 10 - 50 people Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations Lead, develop and manage the team staff members Ability to manage a multi-faceted venue with several café and retail style outlets Our ideal candidate : We are ideally looking for a candidate with proven multi-site experience within contract catering, restaurants or retail sector Experience managing large commercials turnovers between £3-5 million per year Ability and experience in managing several stakeholders and building great relationships Commercial acumen What's in it for you?
