Marketing & BD Executive

Marketing & BD Executive Leading international IP firm are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing and BD Executive to support their business growth initiatives on a full-time basis. Salary £40,000-£45,000 Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote) Liverpool St Reporting into the newly hired Head of BD & Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Marketing & BD Executive Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies and all associated activity Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Generate leads and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility Track and analyse marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements Prepare reports and presentations for senior management Developing and project managing marketing collateral and content for legal directories, award submissions, the website and client communications Marketing & BD Executive Skills & Requirements: 2 years minimum experience in marketing, business development within the legal industry Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of marketing strategies and business development principles Experience with social media management, digital marketing, and content creation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools Knowledge of SEO and online advertising strategies
