Junior Graphic Designer

MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client bBold who are an award-winning tanning and bronzing range. They are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, branding, and marketing to get hands-on experience across a wide range of exciting projects from social media to product launches, tradeshows, packaging, and more. This role will support our marketing, sales and product development team in delivering high-quality visuals and packaging that reflect our brand across digital, print, retail, and e-commerce channels. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Digital Design & Marketing Support Design and adapt artwork for online campaigns, flash promotions, and new product development (NPD) launches. Create engaging digital assets for: Instagram feed and story posts Web banners and homepage content Email campaigns Basic video editing and image retouching E-Commerce Assist in managing and the visual design of the website. Update digital assets and promotional content across e-commerce platforms. Events & Campaigns Support the team with the design and logistics for tradeshows, including layout planning, POS materials, and displays. Design assets for award events, including digital invites, welcome signage, social media graphics, flyers, and event emails. Collaborate on creative direction for seasonal and product photoshoots. Packaging & Print Marketing Design product packaging for new launches eg label artwork. Create printed marketing materials for pharmacies and retail partners, including: Posters Counter Display Units (CDUs) & Free-Standing Display Units (FSDUs) Shelf talkers, shelf strips, and wobblers Window graphics and branded in-store visuals General Provide support for TikTok Lives and social video content. Assist the wider marketing team with ad hoc design tasks and campaign rollouts. Attending ad hoc events on weekends if required. Essential Criteria: 12 years experience in a design environment (agency or in-house) A strong, well-rounded portfolio showing both digital and print work Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of email and content management systems Enthusiastic about beauty industry Bonus: Familiarity with packaging design and POS production processes, experience with video editing, Klaviyo and Shopify.
