Job Description

As a preferred supplier of temporary administrative staff to NHS sites across Northern Ireland we are urgently recruiting multiple administrators for various departments and services in the Foyle Area. These posts will initially be for 6 months however there is a strong possibility of extension or permanent opportunities. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and the rate of pay will be £11.67-£12.86 per hour. (Pay Increase to be confirmed April 2025) Main job duties will include: Working with other team secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the department. Diary management for the team on both a business and personal level. Answering telephones and email queries. Note taking during meetings. Other general secretarial duties. What We Need From You 4 GCSEs grade A-C to include English and Maths 1 years experience in an administrative role. What We Will Offer You Immediate starts available £12.21-£12.86 per hour Monday to Friday A minimum of 28 days annual leave (Pro Rata) Skills: Business Support Administration Answering Telephones Travel Administration Office Duties Office Administration Team Support Administration Administrative
