Seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for a large venue in London. Salary: £45,000-£47,000 £2,000 bonus As the Sales and Marketing Manager you will lead a small, dynamic team in delivering a high standard of service across both internal and external events, with a strong emphasis on corporate functions. The Sales and Marketing Manager will manage a team of three, including an Administrator, Sales Executive, and Senior Sales Executive. This is a hands-on management role requiring a minimum of two years' team leadership experience. You will oversee reactive sales, manage and update social media platforms, coordinate marketing campaigns, and ensure the website content remains current and engaging. While internal events take priority in the booking diary, occasionally at the expense of commercial opportunities, the ideal candidate will approach this challenge with a balanced and diplomatic mindset, working within the structure to deliver the best outcomes. Strong client relationship management skills are essential, with an emphasis on building and maintaining long-term partnerships. The role involves working closely with a supportive General Manager and requires a proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
