Your new company A Public Sector Organisation based in North Belfast is looking to recruit for a maintenance administrator. Your new role You will act as first point of contact taking calls from tenants. Log any maintenance work require Liaise with contractors Keep online records updated Update compliance records What you'll need to succeed GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role (within the last 5 years) Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills Working knowledge of maintaining and developing databases Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, excel and outlook Strong organisational skills Good problem-solving ability.
