Graduate Surveyor (RICS) Salary: £30k Company benefits Location: Brighton Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Must have a driving licence to apply and own transport preferred (but not essential) Are you a recent RICS-accredited graduate looking to kick-start your career in surveying? Friendly, experienced team with excellent local market knowledge. Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports for a range of commercial properties. Attending site visits and conducting basic inspections. Taking measurements and photographs in line with RICS standards. Corresponding with clients - communicating with clients and representing the company in a professional and diligent manner. Working with the team and senior management to make sure we provide the most efficient and informative reports for the client base using the best technology. Supporting the analysis of comparable evidence and market trends. Requirements: Degree accredited by RICS (essential). Clean UK driving licence (required). Strong communication and organisational skills. Proactive, professional, and eager to learn. Own transport is ideal but not essential.
