The company is highly regarded for delivering Grade II Listed refurbishments , luxury new builds , and bespoke residential schemes across the South of England. This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark property, managing the commercial delivery of a high-spec, heritage restoration from site. Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor. Experience working on high-end residential or listed building refurbishments. (advantageous) Strong understanding of traditional building methods and materials. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and confidently on site.
