Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Gloucestershire Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Salary: Based on experience Join a prestigious Gloucestershire-based legal practice with a rich history. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to be part of our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key growth area within our Commercial Property Department. Day-to-day of the role: Handle a broad range of commercial property matters including the buying and selling of commercial property and real estate, leases, Landlord and Tenant work Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, managing a variety of commercial agreements and technical documents. Participate actively in the firm’s marketing, including article drafting, PR, business development, social media, and networking activities. Maintaining the firms strong client relationships and building and developing such further. Ensuring high standards of legal service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Circa 3 years PQE in Commercial Property Law and Real Estate Law. Strong knowledge of Commercial Property Law and Landlord and Tenant law. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use plain English effectively. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. IT proficiency. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.
