Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager – £30,000 to £35,000 | Location: Whetstone, Leicestershire Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Type: Full-Time, Permanent We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager to join their fast-paced, friendly, and supportive team. If you’re a customer service professional with a knack for building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service, this could be the perfect next step in your career. The Role: As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be the face of the business—helping clients feel supported and valued from day one - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED Responsibilities include: Becoming confident and knowledgeable in the full product and service range Managing inbound customer queries via phone, email, and social media platforms Accurately processing and recording orders and client specifications for production Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business Monitoring market trends and competitors, contributing ideas for new product introductions (NPIs) Identifying upselling opportunities and maximising sales potential Collaborating with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Using initiative to resolve enquiries or complaints promptly Supporting the business with other duties as needed What You’ll Need: A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a professional approach Prior experience in an Account Management or Client Engagement role Commercial awareness and good business acumen Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills Project management experience (advantageous) Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative Ability to multitask, adapt, and prioritise effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems A full UK Driving Licence (occasional client visits or events may be required) Manufacturing industry experience is a bonus but not essential What’s In It for You: Competitive salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Annual performance bonus Laptop and mobile phone provided Private health care Corporate gym membership (David Lloyd) Supportive of training, development, and career growth 28 days annual leave Company pension A secure, permanent position available immediately If you're ready to take your customer relationship skills to the next level in a rewarding and collaborative environment—we'd love to hear from you Next Steps: Immediate interviews are available, so please contact David Regional Recruitment Services on, or click "Apply Now" to send your CV directly to (url removed) If successful, you will need to digitally register with our agency (if you haven't already done so).
