Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand strategy. Coordinate administrative tasks and product/service flow communications with customers. Assist in organizing internal and external marketing events, ensuring timely delivery of personnel and promotional materials. Create marketing materials such as print ads, direct mailers, presentations, and more. Lead agency collaboration to develop consumer communication strategies across Digital, Social, and PR platforms. Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring strong engagement and brand presence. Analyze category and brand information, as well as KPIs, to generate actionable reports for informed decision-making. Update databases, spreadsheets, and inventories with relevant information. Assist in promotional activities and campaigns. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with experience in research and market data analysis (preferred). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. English proficiency at an advanced level (90% or higher). Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized. Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal clients, including sales, trade marketing, and education teams.
