We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic social media initiatives across various platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, audience engagement, and positioning for both company and client profiles. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and executive leadership to craft tailored content strategies, monitor trends, optimize performance, and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all social channels. Social Media Manager: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Identify the unique role and best practices for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube). Define content formats, messaging strategies, and engagement approaches tailored to each channel. Monitor and adapt strategies based on performance data and audience feedback. Content Management & Publishing Lead the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Maintain and manage the content calendar across all platforms. Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and quality control across all social content. Analytics & KPI Tracking: Define, track, and optimize social media KPIs and performance metrics. Use social analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights. Conduct regular strategy reviews and performance reports to inform decision-making and improve results. Community Management & Engagement: Oversee audience engagement across platforms, including responding to comments and messages. Monitor sentiment and feedback to inform content and strategy adjustments. Crisis Management Manage and respond to social media crises or negative events in a timely and strategic manner. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and content formats. Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
