Brand Marketing Coordinator At Revlon , we are dedicated to transforming beauty and inspiring confidence every day. As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of one of the three brand groups of Mexico Mass (Hair Categories). You will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, detect and capitalize on market opportunities, and implement the annual marketing plan, including new product launches. Your goal will be to ensure the achievement of sales objectives, profitability, and market share. Key Responsibilities: Brand Support Management: Full responsibility for tracking, monitoring, and planning the budget/expenses and recommending action plans when needed. Agency Leadership: Lead agencies to develop communication for consumers (Digital/Social/PR) and ensure strategy alignment. Data Analysis: Analyze category/brand information and KPIs to generate reports and drive conclusions to aid decision-making, detecting opportunities in the category and sales channels (sell-in, sell-out, market share, distribution, prices, profitability). Marketing Strategy Execution: Coordinate and execute short/long-term marketing strategies, including brand annual product launches and deletions, and omnichannel advertising (traditional media, digital, and new media). Pricing Strategy: Develop recommendations for brand pricing strategies in line with financial objectives. P&L Management: Manage P&L responsibilities for the brands, including pricing and promotional tracking. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media and influencer management. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed according to deadlines and objectives. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery. Team Collaboration: Influence and collaborate with teams (Trade Marketing, KAM & field sales force) to support and develop specific actions for demand generation. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Finance. Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Brand Assistant or Marketing Coordinator in a consumer company. Experience managing team members is a plus. Specific Skills: Desirable knowledge of Nielsen and SAP, strong numerical ability and analytical skills, proactive, multitasking, well-organized, teamwork, sense of urgency, strong commitment, and very responsible. Business Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Office, especially Excel. Languages: Intermediate or advanced English with fluency to attend calls and prepare presentations. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.
