Job Description

Title: Talent Acquisition Officer (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) Duration: First contract of 6 months - extension possible Location: Zwijndrecht, NL Start date : ASAP 100% onsite during onboarding period, then 2 days/week remote is possible Description Department description and responsibilities: As part of a human resources team, Talent Acquisition Officer (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s needs. This person needs to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Primary Tasks and responsibilities • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. • Screening resumes. • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. • Administering appropriate company assessments. • Performing reference and background checks. • Making recommendations to company hiring managers. • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. • Following up on the interview process status. • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved. • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process. • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. • Completing timely reports on employment activity. Secondary Tasks and responsibilities • Stakeholder management. • Reporting & Administration. Technical profile requirements • 3 Years experience within Talent Acquisition/recruitment • Good knowledge with ATS (applicant tracking system) • Experience with Workday is a very strong added value • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools • Experience with LinkedIn search Non-Technical profile requirements • Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction. • Customer centered with excellent communicational skills. • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. • Quick learner, motivated self-starter. • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines. • Good people management skills • Effective negotiation skills Methodology/Certification requirements • Bachelor Degree OR equivalent through experience in HR, Business administration or relevant field.
