As an IT Recruiter at YorTeam, you are responsible for the candidate side of the recruitment process. You are the one who makes the difference for our professionals: - Actively search for and approach IT specialists via LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal network. - Conduct intake interviews – via phone, online, or face-to-face – and ask the right questions to get to the core quickly. - Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the application process with our clients. - Collaborate closely with our team of account managers to create the perfect match between candidate and client. - Keep an eye on IT market trends and know where the talent is.
