PURPOSE/SCOPE: Reporting to the Quality Engineer, the Quality and Safety Engineer Intern in this role will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality control and safety management within a dynamic manufacturing environment. They will support the Quality Engineer in ensuring the production process meets high standards, assist in analyzing quality data, and contribute to safety initiatives across the workplace GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: . Support the Quality Manager in controlling and verifying the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze quality-related data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions. Actively participate in managing non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Assist in analyzing and implementing documentation related to bill of materials, product specifications, and company procedures. Collaborate with various departments (Production, Logistics, Engineering) to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Contribute to the drafting of safety documentation and monitor workplace safety conditions, reporting any risks or non-conformities. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION: Degree or coursework in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with the ability to analyze and manage data. Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) is a plus. Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
