Please share the following documents along with your updated resume : - 10th Marksheet - Passport Size Photo Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical assistance to end users via phone, email, and chat. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking. - Offer remote desktop support and user account management. - Utilize ITSM tools for incident logging, tracking, and reporting. - Collaborate with second and third-level support teams and external vendors. - Deliver basic user training and support as Skills Required : - Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and MS Office Suite. - Proficiency in remote desktop tools and ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, HP Service Center). - Good understanding of VPNs, network troubleshooting, and basic hardware & Certifications : - 6 Months to 3 Years of relevant Service Desk or Technical Support experience. - Preferred certifications : MCP, MCSE, HDI CSS, or familiarity with ITIL best practices.
