Apply today What you will be doing PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company’s primary CX tools Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey. You will work closely with the newly formed Experience Research & Design team to enhance and build out our capabilities to reach our customers where they want to be heard. This role will also have ties to the UX design teams and will slowly expand into multiple business areas. The candidate must have the ability to work on multiple work steams while maintaining excellent service to our business units. The candidate must be a willing learner as this role will slowly expand as new software and workflows are brought on board. You will be reporting into the Product Owner and will be assigned work in multiple formats. Performs routine maintenance tasks and ensures system support for operating environment components such as databases, operating systems, network interfaces, storage systems, servers, and associated hardware Designs, plans, perform, and/or lead testing efforts and coordinate feedback of test results to ensure desired installation, migration, or transportation of software upgrades Carries out scheduled background logs, recovery back-ups, upgrade release and coordinates with all the stakeholders & users to deploy the same Works with applications, system vendors, and infrastructure, and IT Solutions team to assist in defining operating environment requirements for assigned projects Provides technical support for ongoing maintenance and upgrades for all Client/Server related software and acts as the escalation point to resolve issues from suppliers and external and internal customers Performs upgrades of databases such as adding new structures or elements & authorize use of data access tools and techniques to enable information access by business users Acts as Systems Administrator for enterprise applications by addressing system problems and enhancing system functionality based on stakeholder feedback Recommends optimal frequency of appropriate support and upgrade patches, and carry out patch release for operating systems, databases, and servers Codes, edits, installs and verifies stored procedures and functions for accessing, maintaining, and populating databases Executes backup and disaster recovery SOPs for all operating environment components as per defined schedule Monitors and analyzes statistical data and trends relating to server space, capacity utilization, server load distribution, performance metrics, service level compliance, DBMS and other operational parameters Troubleshoots the REMS programs that include data setup for all products under the Risk Evaluation Management System program Creates custom reports as per business requirements such as termination, turnover headcount, talent, recruiting, finance, payroll, HRMS legal reports, and ad-hoc reports Ensures consistent utilization and performance of the software suites to adhere to organizational principles, practices or local business requirements and creates management tools to best manage the software suite Identifies and communicates issues which impact cost, configuration, schedule, and operation of the software suite and monitors key metrics and performs periodic audits of system configuration and operational processes Duties and Responsibilities: Build and Maintain (60%) Create new surveys as requested Recommend specific methodologies and report findings to aid in survey development Work with researchers to understand needs and provide 1:1 support Support and monitor data collection for our active surveys Administer user privileges Become SME for both Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey support Attend project status meetings Dashboarding (30%) Routinely update, clean, de-dupe, and reconcile data Use complex formulas and pivot tables to track data Create tables and dashboards to compare data across various criteria such as time periods and financial thresholds Create data tables for reports and prepare data for presentation Create custom Dashboards from requirements list Growth (10%) Continuously learn new skills and capabilities by monitoring consumer trends, attending workshops, mentoring others (or being mentored) in CX methodologies. Expand your capabilities and learn new technology stacks like Salesforce, PowerBI and Azure. Master your craft: Understand the latest trends in the research industry and try to aid our researchers with new capabilities Research and track new technologies and areas of interest Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree or 3 years relevant experience Basic programming skills in JavaScript Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel; ability to recode, merge, and analyze data using complex formulas; and display data using charts and pivot tables. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret trends or patterns in both qualitative and quantitative data Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to thoughtfully translate findings, both verbally and in written form, to colleagues and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in survey design, sample selection, and use of survey design software such as Qualtrics. Excellent grasp of best practices in data visualization Continuously learn new skills and capabilities by monitoring consumer trends, attending workshops, mentoring others (or being mentored) in UX design methodologies. What your background should look like EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Microsoft Certified IT Professional ITIL, ITSM Certifications WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
