REQUIREMENTS: Matric & relevant qualification advantageous Excellent computer skills Previous experience as an E-Commerce Administration essential Passion for e-commerce and staying abreast of market trends Essential to be custom service orientated Excellent eye for detail and proof-reading content Independent worker with excellent communication skills DUTIES: Responsible for all ecommerce online activities for the business-to-business site Assist the Website Developer with setting up the new site Uploading of images and product details of stock Maintain wholesale product pricing on the Business-to-Business site Ensure stock availability and add new products when they become available Manage the different functionality on the Online store Manage content and copywriting Manage incoming orders, submit for processing and dispatch Ensure all customers are answered from the enquiries Managing the sales of company products on Takealot, Amazon and similar customers, uploading products and images for approval, maintain quantities available Ensure all registered domains are renewed Handle all customer queries e.g. troubleshooting, price queries, complaints, etc. Assist with client queries regarding deliveries and prices Collate article master data and create data templates Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
