As an analyst on the National Bank Operations team, you’ll contribute to delivering a superior client experience by supporting colleagues, partners and/or clients with our products, systems, and processes. Your Job Analyze and interpret data to accurately carry out various requests Offer excellent customer service to our different partners and/or clients Share your expertise with stakeholders Help develop, implement, and improve new work processes and systems Compile, produce, and analyze a variety of reports and statistics Adhere to compliance and risk management rules Your Team The Specialized Administration Team is at the heart of our product and service delivery to our clients.
