I handle two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area. I am currently searching, on behalf of my client, a well established company in the west Island of Montrea, for Accounts Receivable Technician. This is a permanent position with 3 days remote work after the training period. Responsibilities: Collection and monitoring of customer accounts Entering and invoicing customer account data Administrative support on special projects as needed Carry out account reconciliations Complete cycle of accounts receivable tasks Different weekly reports on accounts receivable Other related stains Do you think this job is for you?? This may be the case if you have: 2-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in the field of business accounting is an asset) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role College diploma in accounting Detail oriented Verbal and written communication skills (English and French) Good command of Microsoft Excel software Ability to deal effectively with team members and customers Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for analysis purposes Positive attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to change Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software, an asset PROCESS: First interview with Jinane Nahle, Fed Finance recruitment advisor.
