Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):

Understand the business process and requirements. Analyse the requirements or the issue raised.

Prepare fit/gap analysis documents for the functional/technical requirements.

Prepare Functional design document for requirements/User stories related to CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)

Work on POCs and demonstrate the requirement in CRM application. Propose multiple solution options.

Solution Design, Data model design

Propose power platform solution as required

For maintenance projects, triage and investigate the issue, identify the solution, resolve the issue or pass on to the technical team for resolution

Provide inputs for data migration and integration design

Participate in Functional and User Acceptance Testing as and when required

Support Testing team, training team with functionality

Participate in customer meetings for reviewing and assessing the change/enhancement requests

Work on system improvement plan/ideas based on the experience of customer business process

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities (please specify if the position will have persons reporting to it):

As the project will be executed in onsite-offshore model, the candidate will be expected to coordinate and work with offshore team members



Desired Skills (Must Have):

Good to have knowledge of customization

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently

Strong Product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service

Knowledge and experience of working with Power Platform technology

Experience of working on Dynamics 365 CRM implementation engagements

Experience in product Fit/Gap analysis, providing solutions based on product capabilities and new features

Very good understanding of DevOps and agile practices

Knowledge about O365/M365 and D365 and Azure AD

Experience in Stakeholder management and playing client facing roles

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM Data Model

Experience of working in AMS and ADMS projects


Experience required:

Experience of working in onsite-offshore model

Excellent communication

Experience in Stakeholder management and collaboration

Experience of at least two CRM implementations using Dynamics 365 CE Online

Experience of working in Agile and DevOps methodology

Experience of working on Service delivery projects

Experience of preparing FRD, FDD

Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines

Microsoft certification desired
