Key ResponsibilitiesIn your new role you will:
- Efficiently manage multiple projects with varying timescales. Leading, motivating and supporting project teams to deliver technical projects on-time and within budget.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans. Deliver projects within time frames specified at sign off stage.
- Engage with clients, suppliers / vendors, and our internal teams to build strong relationships.
- Be the main point of contact for key customers during each project lifecycle.
- be a problem solver, highlighting and managing risks and delays while finding collaborative solutions.
- You will already have successfully managed or coordinated projects, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality results.
- You understand project methodologies and can adapt them to specific projects.
- It is essential that you have an understanding of IT products and services, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
- You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders including report writing and project documentation.
- Prince2 is advantageous
- 24 days annual leave, rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 28 days + Bank Holidays
