They are looking for a Marketing Manager with real influence, one that has experience developing and executive comprehensive marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, running events and multi-channel marketing activities.

Responsibilities –

• Lead and implement creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each business line
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy
• Write and manage content for social media channels
• Coordinate and manage partner events from conception to completion
• Manage the production of internal and external marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, presentations etc
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned

Requirements -

• B2B / B2C property experience. Solid estate agency experience would be considered
• Commercially minded with proven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industry
• Energetic and passionate self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills
• Able to effectively prioritise with strong project management skills
• UK experience essential
