Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Human Resources intern for a 6-month period from mid-September 2024, providing an opportunity to develop your capacity in a range of HR domains. The intern will assist with high paced HR activities and will work under the supervision of the Global Human Resources Director.



The role


The intern will have the opportunity to actively contribute to different activities/projects, such as:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • HR indicators and dashboards
  • Engagement survey action plan and follow-up
  • Monitoring the dashboards with the recruitment data and KPIs
  • Providing support in administering training plan
  • Assisting with HR projects such as competency and grids, review of job descriptions



Requirements


  • A Master’s degree student (M1 or M2 level).
  • Result oriented and organised
  • Able to have a critical thinking
  • Confident in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English, French is desirable but not mandatory

Important information

  • The candidate needs to be registered as a student during the time of the internship. Recent graduates who are not anymore enrolled in an educational programme are therefore not eligible for an internship at the ICC.
  • Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland should get an appropriate visa from the French consulate. Interns are also required to handle their own travel/accommodation arrangements for the duration of their stay. ICC is not in a position to provide scholarships/fellowships.
  • The 6-month internship programmes are full-time and the average working week is 35 hours.
  • The intern will receive a monthly gratification of about EUR 750 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
