The role

Davies Technology Solutions (DTS) is a leader in innovative tech solutions, dedicated to providing cutting-edge products and services to a diverse range of highly regulated clients. Our mission is to drive growth and excellence through technological advancements and a customer-centric approach.

The Client Growth Manager at DTS is responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the range of DTS products and solutions within existing client accounts. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to drive cross-selling initiatives. The Client Growth Manager will report to the Director of Client Growth and play a critical role in achieving revenue growth targets.



Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of DTS.
  • Conduct regular meetings and touchpoints to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Analyse client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional DTS products and solutions.
  • Develop tailored strategies to introduce new products to existing clients, aligning with their business goals and needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and business cases to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the new offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring a seamless transition and implementation of new products.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Team to gain insights into client satisfaction and dynamics.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to provide clients with detailed product knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to closure.
  • Use CRM tools to document client interactions, manage sales activities, and monitor progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to inform growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client growth, sales activities, and revenue generation.



Key skills and experience required.

  • Seasoned sales and account management skills, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of mapping markets and customers, and identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, account management, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client data and market insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
