Job Description

Develop, implement and administer compensation for a group of operational divisions of TFI International, as well as collaborate on the human resources processes that facilitate the development of the people and of the organizational structure, in order to increase the engagement and the organizational efficiency. Your day-to-day Provide guidance and support to executives and head office managers on compensation matters Prepare ad-hoc and periodic reports for compensation data analysis Support the administration of short and long-term incentive plans Collaborate in the development and updating of compensation policies and processes Maintain our operational divisions' organizational charts and salary structures Participate in job evaluations and classification Collaborate in the process to define compensation for new hires, promotions, and transfers Collaborate on salary surveys, using the consulting firms' support, analyzing and inputting salary data Process analysis of salary increases as a result of salary structure grading Participate in the salary review process for senior executives and employees for our operational divisions Implement a Pay Equity plan to ensure compliance with the new Federal Pay Equity Act Participate in various special projects within the Human Resources department Your profile Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field Proficient in French and in English, spoken and written 5 years of experience in compensation Strong Excel skills Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and see those projects through to completion Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels, including senior executives. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and skilled in manipulating data; Respect confidentiality and work with discretion CHRP designation an asset What's in it for you?
