Traffic Manager Paid Social and Paid Search H/F

Job Description
To support us in our digital transformation and acceleration in an increasingly competitive market, we are looking for a Traffic Manager Paid Social Media within the Marketing & Communication team, who will oversee the activities of 4 schools in the international scope on social networks and Google.
Under the supervision of our Paid Media Manager, your missions will be as follows:
1.Strategy and Planning
* Participate in the development of campaign strategies
* Identify the most relevant platforms and target audiences
2.Campaign management
* Monitor performance for optimization, A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ads, keywords, copy, and visuals.
* Challenge agencies to achieve the best results
3.Optimization and Performance Tracking
* Monitor campaign performance in real-time to ensure they meet the set objectives
* Use analytical tools to monitor and analyze KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, etc.
* CamAdjust campaigns based on results, which may include ad modifications, budget adjustments, targeting changes, keyword adjustments, etc.
4.Reporting and Recommendations
* Create detailed reports on campaign results.
* Insights and Recommendations: Provide analyses and recommendations based on past performance to improve campaigns.
5.Coordination and Collaboration with other departments (communication, sales)
