Salary Circa £38,000-£39,000 (Plus Overtime)

Monday-Friday WORKING DAYS

CNC SetterOperator - Main Responsibilities

• COSHH/Risk
• Setup CNC to provide setup
• Evidence of the Manufacturing Method
• Able to review, and read engineering drawings
• Ensure the right tooling and holding devices
• Ensure best practice setups with operators
• Liaise with Production Engineers
• Able to carry out 1st inspection
• Complete feedback tickets
• Complete OEE data sheet
• Meet, and maintain production goals
• Lean principles
• Ensure tooling and gauging are maintained
• Communicate issues and continuous manufacturing improvements when identified.

CNC Setter Operator - Experience

• Setting and running CNC turning or mill/turn machinery
• Apprenticeship trained.
• Fanuc program knowledge/understanding
• A can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work to deadlines
• High level of attention to detail.
• PC Literate.
