Duration: 6 months


Our client's Global Support Operations (GSO) team is dedicated to building a robust service engine that solves today's customer problems while preventing those of tomorrow. Their operations-driven teams are integral throughout the lifecycle of product development and service delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience on our platform. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, offering £48.000-£53.000 p/a pro rata (PAYE). This role is UK Remote.


Duties:

We are looking for an Ad Ops Specialist to join the Global Support Operations team. This role will partner with the internal Monetization Product Testing team, providing operational execution support to manage test campaigns (alpha/beta/GA) for unmanaged advertisers. The position requires maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the end-to-end testing process.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to support workflows such as recruitment outreach, campaign QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ensure overall program quality and consistency by monitoring and troubleshooting progress and performance of test campaigns.
  • Request Triage: Utilize technology, superior customer service, and judgement to triage incoming requests, responding in a timely manner and working 1:1 in real time.
  • Insight Gathering: Collect learnings and insights for internal teams to help evolve products and for advertising partners to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate, collaborate, and add value to weekly training and operational meetings, quickly implementing new practices.
  • Efficiency Identification: Identify tool and process efficiency gains with an analytical perspective.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Facebook Advertising Experience: Minimum 2 years experience directly managing Facebook paid advertising campaigns with a thorough understanding of major success metrics.
  • Client Communication: At least 2 years experience managing client-facing communication concerning Facebook Ads Manager and campaign setup per internal direction.
  • Detail-Oriented and Tech Savvy: Proficient in working with multiple desktop applications and quick to learn in-house software.
  • Research Experience: Experience in working on research studies (A/B tests, surveys, interviews) is a plus.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to remain cool under pressure, effectively multitask, and maintain an exceptional level of quality.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a high-performance team environment.
  • Tech Experience: Previous tech experience is advantageous.
