Working for a fast-growth restaurant brand, this company is all about food with personality, cooked with expertise and shared with generosity.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the digital marketing strategy & budgets, manage an Exec and also the agency relationships.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days at HQ or local restaurant, 2 days remote - Very commutable Surrey HQ!
The Role
- Develop digital marketing strategy to hit overall business and marketing objective.
- Lead paid media strategy, working with agencies to deliver multi-channel campaigns, including, PPC, paid social, display etc.
- Brief and manage content and digital agencies to develop compelling creative cross-channel content.
- Lead on the brand’s social media channels & agencies.
- Lead SEO strategy, working with agencies and wider team, to deliver content programme, web optimisation, and online listing performance.
- Manage and update the website, working closely with wider team on content and UX updates.
- Work with the brand team to execute brand initiatives across digital channels.
- Manage the brand’s influencer programme.
- Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the business informed of industry initiatives and key developments.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and social listening to help influence the overall marketing strategy and make informed decisions.
- Own all digital reporting and be responsible for gathering insights to share with the wider marketing and senior executive team.
The Person
- Ideally at least 3-4 years working in a B2C Digital Marketing role - Restaurants / hospitality / Leisure / Destination industries would be ideal - however very open as personality & drive is more important!
- A real positive, can-do attitude - passion for the brand really counts!
- Knowledge of/ Confidence in managing strategy/budgets across these channels:
- Web / UX, SEO / Content Marketing, Online listings, Social platforms, Paid Digital : PPC & Social, Meta, Influencer programme management.
- GA4 analytics / reporting.
- A love of tasty food really helps!
