The Role?

As an experienced Divisional Director, you will be responsible our expansion into Cloud market in Germany. We are seeking an individual who has a clear strategic roadmap to build a high performing team and is completely aligned with our company values of HARD WORK, WORKS, THINKING BIG, DO THE RIGHT THING, ENJOYING THE JOURNEY and becoming 1% BETTER EVERYDAY.

You will have experience and excellent knowledge of the Tech recruitment space, be an exceptional people manager and have the drive to build something special. This is an established market whereby you can build on our current footprint and take the business unit to the next level. Working at the high end of the market, and with unrivalled placement fees and commercial terms, you will have an opportunity to scale quick and drive high performance.
