We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, both verbal and written. In this role, you will primarily handle payment follow-ups, manage systems, reporting, and oversee office management tasks. Minimum Requirements: • Grade 12 or equivalent • Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience • Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud • Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience • Experience in the reservations department (advantageous) Competencies / Skills Communication: Verbal Communication and Comprehension – Expert English Standard/Other languages an advantage Cognition/thinking: Analysis/Reasoning/Strong Decision making & judgement skills Personal effectiveness: Self-Management/Stress Tolerance/Attention to detail Interaction with others: Influencing others - Leadership/Teamwork Management qualities: Business Alignment/Strategic Vision Ready to Join?
