Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and standards, safeguarding personnel and equipment from potential risks. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production teams to minimize defects and losses due to machine-related issues. Communication: Facilitate effective information sharing among stakeholders for informed decision-making. Contractor Oversight: Monitor and manage external contractors to ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols. Teamwork: Contribute actively to team efforts and business objectives. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections according to established procedures. Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment. Equipment Operation: Ensure safe and compliant operation of all machinery. Preventive Maintenance: Clean and maintain electrical panels, motors, and air conditioners. Installation: Install cables and trip wires as needed. Quality Control: Verify the functionality of safety and quality control devices. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with coding machines. Equipment Care: Use and maintain company equipment responsibly.
