REQUIREMENTS: Matric, drivers license and own vehicle Clear communication in Afrikaans and English Basic Pastel skills advantageous Well-groomed and professional appearance Good telephone communication skills and etiquette Intermediate computer skills: ability to type, use Outlook, MS Word, basic Excel If you have experience having dealt with Medical Aids & Reimbursements this will be advantageous Familiar with Facebook & Instagram, Photo and Video Editing programs DUTIES: Receiving customers and handling all incoming enquiries Managing appointments and diary management for staff members All general personal assistant duties for the owner Managing email correspondence Compiling quotations and follow up on receipt Receive and placing of orders and management of stock Manage follow up with medical aids and other reimburses Editing reports Administration of accounts on Pastel and pay creditors on a monthly basis Payroll submissions to Accountant for salaries and commissions Manage Social Media Platforms - Facebook and Instagram SALARY: R23,000 ctc dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
