Employer Description Our client is a food manufacturer. Job Description You will be responsible for the following: Manage and oversee Maintenance team. Ensure maximum machine availability through effective repairs & maintenance on all factory equipment. Ensure that all Job cards & scheduled maintenance are completed as per relevant checklists. Supervise effective utilization of machinery and report to line supervision and production management on non-conformances & deviations. Report requirements for critical spares & equipment to Engineering manager. New works and installations. Health and Safety. Contractor management. Qualification s Grade 12 Electrical/Millwright Trade (Red Seal) Skills 2-3 years Foreman experience in the FMCG environment. Refrigeration plant experience with formal refrigeration qualification. Utilities and building maintenance experience. Understanding of CMMS. Understanding of food safety requirements and GMP. Ability to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
